XenoLight Targeted Probes
XenoLight Targeted probes include fluorescent and chemi-luminescent probes for targeting tumors, bone or in monitoring diseases like inflammation. All probes are dispensed to image 5 animals (explorer kit) or 20 animals (standard kit). Control dyes (non-reactive free acid) dyes are available for all fluorescent targeted probes.
XenoLight Inflammation probe is a ready-to-use chemi-luminescent probe to myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity of activated phagocytes non-invasively. This probe allows allow for longitudinal tracking of MPO level and inflammation status, in vivo, in a variety of disease models. This probe has been validated in vivo in detecting rheumatoid arthritis and contact hypersensitivity.
XenoLight 2-DG-750 probe is a fluorescent probe for in vivo targeting of tumors that typically exhibit elevated glucose uptake rate in comparison to surrounding tissues. Specific tumor targeting with this probe has been demonstrated in Lung (LL/2, NCI-H460) and Prostate (PC-3M) tumors. Other targeted fluorescent probes include the RediJect Bone Probe 680 that can be used to target hydroxyapatite, a biomarker for osteoblast activity and RediJect Integrin Probe 750.
