XenoLight Imaging Reagents

Caliper Life Sciences offers a wide variety of bioluminescent and fluorescent reagents that are optimized for use with IVIS systems. With over 2000 publications and millions of mice imaged, our reagents — in conjunction with your IVIS system — will provide you with the best imaging results. Only Caliper reagents are completely supported by our scientists with vast expertise in in vivo imaging.

Caliper offers a large array of imaging tools and reagents to facilitate drug discovery and development efforts. These include D-Luciferin and Coelenterazine h, which are substrates for firefly and Renilla luciferase respectively. All substrates are available in pre-formulated RediJect packaging, which allows you to concentrate on animal injections, handling and biology.

XenoLight CF™ labeling kits and dyes provide a flexible solution for labeling proteins, peptides or antibodies. Available in a 680, 750 or 770 nm wavelengths, XenoLight CF kits are ideal for in vivo optical imaging. The low immunogenicity coupled with high solubility and >95% reactivity results in conjugates that are highly specific, bright and with improved half life.

XenoLight Targeted probes allow you to detect diseases like inflammation or target tumors with 2-DG-750 and Integrin 750 in the whole animal non-invasively. All probes are dispensed to image 5 animals (explorer kit) or 20 animals (standard kit). Appropriate control dyes are also available.

Caliper is the only company that offers bioluminescent and fluorescent cell lines for various oncology models. Caliper provides a wide range of bioluminescent pathogenic bacteria (both Gram-positive and Gram-negative) that can be used for drug discovery both in vitro and in vivo (including biofilm models) when used with IVIS imaging systems.
