Kinase ProfilerPro Kits

Caliper offers a complete line of biochemical kinase assay reagents and kits to enable the discovery and development of small molecule kinase inhibitors, including a complete systems for rapidly enabling in-house kinase selectivity profiling, the ProfilerPro Kinase Selectivity Assay System. Each kit contains all the necessary reagents and controls to carry out rapid in-house profiling of 24 kinases in less than one day. These pre-plated kinases are sorted into a series of kits to facilitate screening against the general kinome, or explore specific branches in more detail.

The ProfilerPro product line also supports glycan screening of N-Glycans on the LabChip GXII instrument. The ProfilerPro Glycan kit contains the plate set and reagents to denature, digest, label and analyze the major glycans.
